How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.

E.R.P.O. is constantly evolving with new monsters, so bookmark this page for the latest updates and strategies. Below, you'll find detailed guides on how to tackle each monster. While each has its own unique approach, you can also use various weapons to combat them:

  • Melee Combat: From the Machete to the Hammer, these weapons are available in the shop for 10k to 20k cash. They'll appear in your next level, ready to be picked up with M1 and used to swing at monsters. Be cautious with ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Employ a hit-and-run strategy to minimize damage, and always carry healing packs for melee engagements.
  • Grenades and Mines: Available in the shop, these explosives can be game-changers. Pick up a Grenade with M1, uncork it with E, and either throw it or leave it to detonate, causing massive damage. Mines are placed on the ground and triggered when a monster steps on them.
  • Monster Brawl: Clever tactics can turn monsters against each other. Lure a Huntsman to shoot another monster by positioning yourself behind it and making noise. Similarly, you can pull Reapers into each other during their attack animations for mutual damage.

Robe Guide (Ghost)

The Robe, a shadowy figure, is dangerous upon contact. Avoid it by crouching and hiding or by kiting it around. To defeat it, use 2 Grenades or 2 Mines, luring it into the blast radius. Melee combat is not advised due to Robe's high damage output. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you if you look at its mask.

Reaper Guide

The Reaper, a doll-like creature with spinning sword arms, can be kited or avoided. Unlike Robe, it doesn't teleport, making it more manageable in melee combat. A single grenade combined with a few hits can take it down, and explosives will stun it, giving you an advantage.

Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile until provoked. Avoid grabbing or damaging them, as they'll become aggressive, flying and biting with low damage but relentless pursuit. Outrun them or use melee weapons for a quick dispatch. Grenades are overkill given their low health.

Huntsman

The Huntsman, a blind marksman, can one-shot you with his gun. He relies on sound, so stay silent and crouch with C to hide. Avoid melee combat due to his auto-aim. Instead, place a mine near his path or throw a grenade while crouched to stun him for 6 seconds, allowing you to close in with melee weapons.
