Fantasian Neo Dimension: Unlocking the Tachyon Medal and its Time-Reversing Power

Fantasian Neo Dimension plunges players into a captivating world where Leo and his companions confront Jas's devastating "Zero" plan. The game's compelling story and innovative gameplay create a truly immersive experience. A crucial late-game item, the Tachyon Medal, is key to a challenging side quest. This guide details how to acquire and utilize this powerful artifact.

Locating the Tachyon Medal

The Tachyon Medal's existence is first hinted at in Shangri-La, and its acquisition marks the final item obtained before the final boss encounter. To obtain it, advance through the main storyline until you reach Sanctum, nestled within the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable but conquerable boss. This boss frequently summons allies and employs a devastating "Consume" attack, capable of depleting 90% of your health. Therefore, ensure Kina is prepared to provide crucial healing support. Equipping Petrification Null gear significantly eases this encounter.

Leo's Fire Samidare +2 proves highly effective against summoned enemies. Consider including Cherryl in your party, leveraging her potent Concentrate and Charge abilities for maximum damage output.

After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony. Amidst the scattered debris, locate a chest to the right; it holds the coveted Tachyon Medal.

Utilizing the Tachyon Medal: A Journey Through Time

The Tachyon Medal's true potential unfolds after completing two key tasks. First, reach the Altar in Shangri-La. Second, conquer the challenging Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. These elusive stars appear in eight locations; the first two are encountered during the main story progression:

  1. En New District
  2. Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
  3. Royal Capital - Main Street
  4. Frozen Tundra - Center
  5. Hidden Valley – Duet Path
  6. Ancient Hill – River
  7. Nameless Island – Depths
  8. Shangri-La – Fallen City

Defeat these bosses in the prescribed order. After the final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests will become accessible below the Altar. One contains the Holy Belt, granting All Ailment Null.

Opening all three chests activates a glowing door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to reverse time. Possessing the Medal initiates NG+ from this point, carrying forward all levels, items, and equipment. While enemies become more challenging in NG+, this is manageable, especially for players who have completed all side quests. Successfully using the Tachyon Medal unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing you to embark on a renewed quest to save the Human Realm.
