In *Pokémon Unite*, there are six ranks, each divided into multiple classes that allow for progressive advancement. The number of classes within each rank increases as you climb higher, offering a more challenging experience. Players can only earn points to move up the ranks by participating in ranked matches, not in quick or standard matches. Here's a breakdown of the ranks in *Pokémon Unite*:

  • Beginner Rank (3 Classes)
  • Great Rank (4 Classes)
  • Expert Rank (5 Classes)
  • Veteran Rank (5 Classes)
  • Ultra Rank (5 Classes)
  • Master Rank

Starting Out

Your journey begins at the Beginner Rank, the initial stage with three classes. To dive into ranked matches, you must reach Trainer Level 6, achieve a Fair Play score of 80, and secure five Pokémon licenses. Once these criteria are met, you can enter the ranked match mode and start climbing from the Beginner Rank.

Each rank has a cap on Performance Points, after which you earn Diamond Points to advance. Here are the caps for each rank:

  • Beginner Rank: 80 Points
  • Great Rank: 120 Points
  • Expert Rank: 200 Points
  • Veteran Rank: 300 Points

Advancing and Advancement Rewards

Advancement in *Pokémon Unite* hinges on Diamond Points. Accumulating four Diamond Points allows you to move up a class within your current rank. Once you've reached the highest class of your current rank, you'll transition to the first class of the next rank. You earn one Diamond Point for each ranked match win and lose one for each loss. Additionally, once you've maxed out your Performance Points for your rank, you'll receive one Diamond Point per ranked match.

At the end of each season, *Pokémon Unite* rewards players with Aeos Tickets based on their rank, with higher ranks yielding more tickets. These tickets are essential for purchasing items and upgrades in the Aeos Emporium. Some ranks offer unique rewards that rotate each season, adding excitement to your climb. As you navigate the ranks, keep pushing forward to claim the best rewards and establish your dominance in *Pokémon Unite*.
