You can either start a new random life and hope you're born male, use an existing male character, or opt for a custom life where you select male as your gender. Your birthplace isn't crucial, but if you have access to the Jobs Pack and the Crime Special Talent, grab it. The Crime Talent significantly boosts your chances of success in the final task and reduces the risk of incarceration.

Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years

As you grow up, steer clear of legal troubles. After high school graduation, dive into the full-time job listings and search for the Mail Carrier position. A clean record is key to securing this job. If the job isn't immediately available, take any job to tide you over and check back after aging up. It might take a few tries due to luck, but once you're in, hold onto the job for at least 15 years. You can monitor your progress at the top of your screen.

Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings

These tasks can be tackled simultaneously. Head to Activities > Love > Hook Up and agree to any hook-up opportunity that arises. You won't know if they're mothers, but by hooking up with multiple women annually for a few years, you're likely to meet the requirement.

To increase your chances of having children, always opt not to use a condom. Be aware, this also raises your risk of contracting an STD, which you can treat at a doctor's visit or, if you're fortunate, through prayer.
