He indicated the game's development is further along than publicly perceived, though specifics remained undisclosed. This news might disappoint fans, but it's a more positive timeline than previous rumors suggesting a 2027 release.

June's trailer showcased intense zombie gun battles and Mad Max-style vehicular combat in a post-apocalyptic setting. The narrative will follow humanity's struggle to establish safe havens years after the apocalypse.

State of Decay 3 is slated for PC and Xbox Series X|S release. The last installment in the series launched in 2018.
