In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, stealth plays a crucial role in completing certain quests, with "Storm" being a prime example where sneaking is your best bet. This quest is pivotal as it concludes the main storylines in the Trosky Region and introduces you to the Kuttenberg Region. Starting "Storm" places you in a tough spot, similar to "For Whom the Bell Tolls," where you're without your armor, weapons, or helpful items like Saviour Schnapps, and your health and stamina are reduced due to prior torture.
To kick off "Storm," you'll first need to scavenge gear from guards that Katherine dealt with during your prison escape. While their equipment isn't top-notch, it's better than going unarmed. Katherine also provides you with her dagger, enabling you to perform stealth kills. Your next step is to ascend to the top of the Crone in Trosky. The guards along the route are spaced out, making it feasible to either knock them out or use distractions to slip by undetected.

Once you reach the summit, you'll confront Istvan Toth. This encounter doesn't affect the quest's ending, so if combat isn't your strong suit, especially given your compromised health, opting for a less honorable approach might be wise. After dealing with Toth, search the room to recover everyone's belongings and gather crucial documents.

After handling Toth and reclaiming your gear, head back to the dungeon where your companions await. They'll gear up and guide you through the tunnels for a straightforward escape, making this part of the quest relatively easy.
The real challenge begins as you navigate the hills, where maintaining a low profile is crucial to avoid detection by guards. Being spotted can quickly escalate into facing multiple enemies, and with your stats lowered from torture, stealth kills or knockouts become more difficult.

Begin by taking the right path uphill, which leads to a larger, guard-patrolled route. Your objective here is to reach Mika, who has been captured. Sneak up behind the guard, take him down, and free Mika, who will then provide you with directions to your next objective.

The final leg of "Storm" involves a long stretch of stealth. Follow the locations marked on your map according to Mika's instructions. Head east and southeast towards the main road in Apollonia, staying on the sidelines and using bushes for cover. Although the marked area on your map seems vast, you only need to reach about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards and slip past them. Once the cutscene plays, your part in Trosky ends, and you move on to the Kuttenberg Region.
"Storm" stands out as one of the few quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* where stealth is not just an option but a necessity. Prioritizing stealth skills and perks beforehand can significantly ease your journey through this quest.
