Marvel Strike Force has just rolled out an exciting update to celebrate its 7th Anniversary, and fans are in for a treat with the addition of Howard the Duck. This cigar-chomping, no-nonsense detective from Duckworld is ready to shake things up in the Marvel universe, bringing his unique flair to the game.
What could be more thrilling than adding a talking duck with a jetpack to the mix for a game’s 7th-anniversary celebration? Howard the Duck's arrival in the Marvel universe is due to some cosmic randomness that pulled him away from his home planet. Now, he's making a living on Earth by solving bizarre cases. While Howard doesn't boast superpowers, he compensates with razor-sharp sarcasm, street smarts, and a big gun to tackle any challenge.
In Marvel Strike Force, Howard joins the roster as a Blaster for the Starjammers faction. Boasting high Health and Focus, he automatically targets enemies with Barriers. In the Cosmic Crucible, he gains the ability to apply Trauma to all enemies and disrupt Mephisto’s Speed Bar mechanics, adding a strategic edge to your team.
The update doesn't stop at Howard the Duck. Players can enjoy fresh skins for popular characters like Jean Grey, Nightcrawler, Old Man Logan, Captain Marvel, Spider-Weaver, and SHIELD Medic, among others. To recruit Howard to your squad, you’ll need to acquire the Agent Duck Orb.
The Marvel Strike Force 7th Anniversary update introduces the Path to Starjammers, allowing you to build up this cosmic crew. You can earn character shards for Howard, Havok, Rocket, and Groot through team orbs, specifically the Path to Howard the Duck Orb and the Path to Havok Orb.
Additionally, Commanders at level 25 and above can participate in the Starjammers Super Showcase, featuring Lilandra and other characters. Don’t miss out on the action—download the game from the Google Play Store.
