"After carefully reviewing and discussing the feedback from our closed beta, we've realized we need more time to refine the game," the statement explained. Tripwire reiterated their dedication to delivering a game that not only evolves the series but also stays true to its roots.

While a new release date hasn't been set, the game is still slated to launch later in 2025.
