Unlocking and Befriending Lobo in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp
Lobo, a charming wolf villager, can be added to your Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp roster. This guide details how to unlock him, boost his friendship level, and fulfill his special requests.
Unlocking Lobo
Lobo becomes available to add to your contacts between levels 20 and 39 of your Camp Manager level. You unlock two new animals per level, but the specific animals are randomized. Therefore, you might unlock Lobo as early as level 20 or as late as level 39. Once unlocked, he'll periodically appear on your map.
If Lobo isn't appearing, use a Calling Card. This summons him for three hours.
- Access your Contacts (icon above your planner). Locate the wolf tab and select Lobo.
- Select "Call."
Leveling up your Camp Manager is achieved by interacting with other animals, completing their requests, and giving them snacks. Each animal level-up grants you experience. Alternatively, Gulliver's Ship provides villager maps, which, when completed at Blathers's Treasure Trek, unlock additional villagers (including those not obtained through leveling).
Inviting Lobo to Your Campsite
To invite Lobo to your campsite, he needs to reach friendship level 5. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

Complete Lobo's requests to quickly level his friendship. Use Request Tickets (3 per villager daily) for additional requests. Alternatively, offer Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats (generic) or themed treats like Plain/Tasty/Gourmet Pound Cake (historical theme).
Completing Lobo's Special Request
At friendship level 10, Lobo issues a special request requiring you to craft a Vintage Telephone.
This unlocks rewards (+10 friendship points, 1000 Bells, x1 Request Ticket, x1 Calling Card) and is needed for certain Happy Homeroom classes (Meditative Room, Meditative Room 2, Edo Zen Home 2). Crafting requires:

- x4 Historical Essence
- x75 Wood
- x75 Steel
The crafting time is 18 hours, and the cost is 9980 Bells.
