How to Solve All Password and Padlock Combinations in Lost Records: Bloom and Rage

In Lost Records: Bloom and Rage, you'll face three lock-related puzzles up to the end of Tape 1. This guide will be updated with solutions for any additional puzzles in Tape 2, set to release in April 2025. If you miss solving a puzzle early on, you can always revisit it using the game’s Scene Selection menu and Collectible Mode, which allows you to gather missed items without impacting your story progression.

In Scene 10 of Tape 1 titled 'Lights, Camera, Action!', you'll encounter the first padlock puzzle. After completing the Forest Girls Memoir in the first area, head through the park and slip between two large boulders. Near Kat’s family property, you'll see a wire fence adorned with love locks, including one belonging to Corey and Dylan. To undo their lock, you'll need a four-digit code, which you won't find until Scene 24.

In Scene 24, search Corey’s Bag on his bike in the parking lot. Inside, you'll find a Polaroid photo with a caption indicating their anniversary date: August 27, 1994. This is your code. Use the Scene Selection Menu and Collectible Mode to return to Scene 10, input 0827 into the lock, and unlock the 'Heartbreak' achievement/trophy.

In Scene 13 of Tape 1 titled 'Cabin in the Woods', you'll find the second padlock puzzle. As you explore the cabin, you need to unlock the front door to continue the story. Start by examining the Old Sheet on the wooden beam behind you, which provides visual hints for the lock's four dials. The first dial is already solved, so focus on the remaining three.

For the second symbol, head to the kitchen area and pull the rope handle to access the attic. Inside, turn around to see a crescent moon symbol on the far wall.

For the third symbol, examine the can furthest to the left on the stove, covered in spider webs. Flip it over to see a leaf symbol drawn on the bottom.

For the fourth symbol, inspect the bear trap on the back wall. When it snaps shut, it reveals a star symbol etched on the wood behind it.

Return to the front door and input these symbols to unlock it, allowing the story to progress.

In Scene 24 of Tape 1 titled 'Riot Grrrls', you'll encounter the final padlock puzzle. As you prepare for a concert at the Blue Spruce Bar, you need to find a power source. Follow Autumn and Kat to the gate on the left side of the parking lot, where you'll find a padlock requiring a sequence of cardinal directions.

Go to Corey’s bike in front of the bar and examine the bag. Inside, find the Pager with a slip of paper under the clip. Flip the paper over to reveal a sequence of arrows, which is your solution to the lock.

Return to the gate and input the sequence to unlock access to the bar’s employee area, where you can find essential items like the Extension Cord, Power Outlet, and Breaker Panel puzzle to restore power.
