The Pokémon Go "Small Yet Strong" event is almost here! From February 5th to 8th, trainers will have boosted chances to catch unusually sized Pokémon (XXS and XXL) and encounter the Shiny Nymble for the very first time.

This event offers double XP for catching Pokémon, making it a great opportunity to level up quickly. Prepare for increased wild encounters with Paras, Natu, Joltik, and various Burmy forms. Regional variations of Flabébé will also appear more frequently: Red Flower (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Blue Flower (Asia-Pacific), and Yellow Flower (Americas). White and Orange Flower Flabébé have a chance to appear globally.

Raids will feature Dialga and Enamorus (Incarnate Forme) in Five-Star Raids, and Mega Medicham and Mega Tyranitar in Mega Raids. Shiny Pokémon may appear in both wild encounters and raids. 2km Eggs will hatch Togepi, Azurill, Budew, and Dedenne. Field Research will reward encounters with Burmy and Nymble. Don't forget the Timed Research and Collection Challenge with rewards like Stardust and Poké Balls. Event-themed Pokémon will also appear in PokéStop Showcases. Stock up on supplies at the Pokémon Go Web Store before the event begins! This event is an excellent way to prepare for the upcoming Pokémon Go Tour – Unova.
