Building your crew is key to success in Citizen Sleeper 2, unlocking access to a wider range of contracts and opportunities. This guide details how to recruit every crew member. How to Get Every Crew Member in Citizen Sleeper 2

Recruiting Serafin and Bliss

Your first two crewmates, Serafin and Bliss, join automatically. While Serafin remains a permanent member, he's generally unavailable for contracts. Neither recruitment unlocks an achievement.

Recruiting Juni

Juni initially joins temporarily on Hexport. To recruit her permanently, travel to Helion Gate after completing the "Idle Minds" clock at Solheim Records. A cutscene will trigger, followed by a contract. Accept Juni back onto your ship upon its completion. Recruiting Juni unlocks the "Data Archaeologist" achievement.

Recruiting Yu-Jin

Find Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the "Getting Wracked" clock at Gaia's Gyre (requires ordering a wrack four times, costing 16 Cryo). Complete the subsequent contract to permanently add him to your crew. Recruiting Yu-Jin unlocks the "The Freelancer" achievement.

Recruiting Luis

During the "Aphelion Beacon" contract, choosing to leave Yu-Jin behind opens the opportunity to recruit Luis instead. Recruiting Luis unlocks the "Signalchaser" achievement.

Recruiting Kadet

Kadet is encountered on Far Spindle after completing the "Spindle Core" clock at the Spindle Core location. This unlocks a new drive and the Stripline Express location. Complete the new options at Stripline Express, triggering a cutscene. Finally, travel to the Scatteryards to recruit Kadet. Recruiting Kadet unlocks the "The Spindlejack" achievement.

Recruiting Femi & Nia

You can recruit either Femi or Nia, but not both. You'll initially meet Nia on Hexport, encountering Femi there as well. Later on Floatsam, Femi offers a contract to ensure Nia's safety. After your first visit to Olivera, a contract will lead you to investigate Flint's disappearance. This will eventually involve a time-sensitive contract to set a trap.
