To acquire the Rod of the Exalted One, you must first discover The Keeper's Secret. This hidden location is situated on one of the main islands. Access is free. Begin your journey in Mushgrove Swamp.

Navigate to a hidden wall within the island's rock formations, located to the left after passing high rocks from the Shipwright NPC. The wall, noticeably darker, is easily traversed. Exercise caution within the small cave, containing an elevator and a perilous shaft. A misstep into the shaft results in instant death.
