Wuthering Waves - Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm Guide

Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," pose a greater difficulty, particularly if the unique mechanics aren't understood. This guide details how to master this specific patrol.

The Knight in a Storm Dream Patrol, located in the Shores of Last Breath area (Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City), presents a deceptively simple enemy. However, achieving a perfect score requires completing all challenge objectives to obtain resources like Astrites and Monnaie. The patrol is marked by a crossed swords icon on your map, appearing after activating the area's Resonance Nexus. Teleporting to nearby Tacet Field (Sonata set drop location) provides the quickest access, but requires completion of the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.

The Knight itself fights similarly to other Rinascita enemies. The objectives are:

• Maintain Battle Rank S for over 10 seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability usage (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Execute 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Successfully parry the knight's attacks while its weapon is enhanced (buffed).
• Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Stun the knight using your character's ultimate ability (depleting its white health bar).

Countering the Enhanced Weapon:

The knight summons three swords, enhancing one. This enhanced weapon is used for aerial lunge attacks. Counter these attacks by parrying when the parry indicators overlap the knight, then immediately striking. Repeat this three times to complete this objective.

Carlotta players can effectively parry using her jump attack or rifle shots, particularly during Resonance Liberation or when possessing Molded Crystal stacks.
