Zenless Zone Zero 1.6: "Forgotten Ruins" Update Incoming

HoYoverse has unveiled details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, "Among the Forgotten Ruins," launching March 12th and bringing chaos to New Eridu. This update significantly expands the story and introduces compelling new characters.

What's Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

Version 1.6 plunges Proxies into a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, forcing them to compete for a mysterious artifact linked to the Sacrifice. Adding to the intrigue, the Mockingbird, a phantom thief syndicate, attempts to sabotage the Mayor's plans. Other factions also vie for control of the artifact, while Hugo and Vivian's suspicious behavior leaves players questioning their allegiances. Watch the trailer below for a sneak peek!

Version 1.6 introduces Anby Demara, formerly Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad, as a new S-Rank Electric Attack Agent wielding dual swords. Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad, also joins the roster as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent, utilizing Sniper Mode for evasive maneuvers and precise shots, setting up teammates for Quick Assists.

Character Returns and New Challenges

Returning characters include Pulchra Fellini (A-Rank Physical Stun Agent), Burnice (S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent), and Zhuyuan (S-Rank Ether Attack Agent), all featured in rerun banners. Geppetto emerges as the latest boss in Hollow Zero.

New challenges await in Battlefront Purge's Difficulty VI, while the new Hollow Zero gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, introduces dynamic battle stage effects, such as damage boosts based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule offers third-person sniper missions, "March On, Tiny Titan!" lets you control a Bangboo drone, and "Little Knight's Big Charge" guides a Bangboo through ten trials for rewards, including Pulchra as a playable agent.
