Pierandrei Patrizia's Artistic Portfolio
A teacher by training, Patrizia Pierandrei has dedicated her life to painting and poetry since childhood, actively participating in Italy's vibrant cultural scene. Since 1992, she's been a member of Jesi's "L'Emporio delle Parole" cultural group, contributing to numerous public events and exhibitions. Her work has been featured in several anthologies, including "The Enchanted Window" (1996) and "Meeting di Poeti" (1997-1998).
Her artistic journey includes establishing an online presence with the Club degli Autori in 1998 and receiving the prestigious "Best Poetic Voices" award from the "Beniamino Joppolo" Theater-culture Association in 2012. Further publications followed in the "Contemporary Poets" series (Pages ed., 2012-2014), culminating in her poetic collection "Rose d'Amore" (Pages ed., 2014). That year, she also participated in the Twelfth National Meeting of "Authors and Friends of Marzia Carrocci."
Her prolific output continued with the publication of the short story "Christmas Butterflies" (Giovanelli ed., 2015), and inclusion in anthologies such as "Borghi, suburbs and cities" (Agemina ed., 2015) and "Writing poems and Stories" (Historica ed., 2015). She also released the poetry collection "Viole di Passione" (Pages ed., 2015) and was selected for publication in Aletti ed.'s "Brise" collection, as well as anthologies dedicated to Palazzeschi and Pasolini (Poetikanten ed.).
Patrizia's collaborations extend to the Euterpe Cultural Association, where she contributes to their online magazine and publications. She published further collections in the "Poetici Orizzonti" and "Il Paese della Poesia" series (Aletti ed., 2016) and participated in various projects with Limina Mentis ed. Her work appeared in the anthologies "Ispirazioni," "Colori," and "Messaggi" (Pagine ed., 2017), and she was selected for the "100 thousand poets for change Rome 2017-2018" anthology.
Further recognition came with her selection for the "Alessandro Quasimodo reads contemporary Italian poets" competition (2018), earning a merit mention for "World Poetry Day" and becoming a finalist in the "Tra un fiore colto e l'altro donata" competition (Aletti ed., 2018). Her third poetry collection, "All'alba" (Pagine ed., 2019), marked another milestone in her career. She maintains a personal Facebook page and a Gigarte website.
