Dive into the world of Crazy Eights, a beloved card game enjoyed globally and known by various names like Mau-Mau, Switch, or even commercially as Uno. Now, this classic game has been transformed with an engaging storyline, vibrant characters, and exciting rewards to enhance your gaming experience.
Designed for 2 to 4 players, Crazy Eights starts by dealing five cards to each player, or seven if you're playing a two-player game. The objective is simple yet thrilling: be the first to discard all your cards. Players take turns matching the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile. If you can't play a legal card, you'll have to draw from the stock until you find one that fits.
The game is spiced up with special cards that add twists and turns. Aces can reverse the direction of play, Queens make the next player skip their turn, and Twos force the next player to draw two cards—unless they can counter with another Two, causing a "stacking" effect. But the star of the show is the Eight, which lets the player who plays it choose the suit for the next turn.
