Game rules (also available at https://mauking.com/pravila-igre-mau-mau):
- The game begins with one card face-up and six cards dealt to each player.
- The first player to exhaust their hand wins.
- On your turn, play a card matching the top card in number or suit.
- If you lack a matching card, draw from the draw pile. If you still can't play, pass your turn.
- Before playing your second-to-last card, click the "Hand" button (simulating raising your hand). This signals other players you have only one card remaining.
Special Cards:
- Jack: Playable on any card (except another Jack). Choose the suit for the next player.
- Eight: Skips the next player's turn.
- Seven: Forces the next player to draw two cards (unless they also have a seven, escalating to four cards, etc.).
- Queen: Reverses the direction of play.
- Ace: Allows you to play again immediately (you cannot win with an Ace).
- Two of Clubs: Forces the next player to draw four cards.
