Clear the board of same-colored viruses using falling capsules!

This puzzle game features red, yellow, and blue viruses. Players guide falling capsules, moving and rotating them to align with viruses and existing capsules. Four or more adjacent capsules or viruses of the same color (horizontally or vertically) are eliminated. The goal is to clear all viruses from the board to complete each level. Game over occurs if capsules block the bottle's neck.

Choose your challenge! Select a starting difficulty (0-20 levels) which determines the number of viruses to eliminate. Three speed settings control capsule descent. Scoring is based solely on virus eliminations, not time or capsule usage. High-difficulty level completion allows continued play for higher scores, but the virus count remains constant. Bonus points are awarded for simultaneous eliminations of multiple viruses, but not for chain reactions. Faster speeds result in higher scores.
