Marvel Rivals, the thrilling 6v6 hero shooter, offers smooth matchmaking, but the real fun lies in teaming up with friends. This guide explains how to add friends and play together in Marvel Rivals. Note that cross-platform play and progression are not currently available, but are planned for future updates.

Adding Friends in Marvel Rivals

1. Locate the Friends Icon: Upon launching the game, find the friends icon located in the top corner, usually near your player profile icon.

2. Recent Players: Clicking the icon reveals a list of recently played players. Select a player from this list to send a friend request.

3. Search Functionality: Alternatively, use the search bar to find a player by username. Enter the username, press Enter, and then send a friend request.

4. Acceptance: Once your friend accepts the request, they will appear in your friends list.

Playing With Friends

1. Access Friends List: Open your friends list using the friends list icon (typically in the top right corner).

2. Select and Invite: Locate the friend you wish to play with, select their username, and send them a game invite.

3. Queue Together: You can now queue for either quick play or competitive matches as a team.

4. Console Integration: If playing on consoles, friends added at the system level should automatically appear in your Marvel Rivals friends list, simplifying the invitation process.
