
Alan Wake 2 developer Remedy Entertainment has announced that the game's Anniversary Update is launching tomorrow, alongside the release of the game's The Lake House DLC.

Alan Wake 2 is set to unveil a Monumental Anniversary Update imminently, October 22, as proclaimed by developer Remedy Entertainment. "We can’t fathom it’s been nigh a year since Alan Wake 2 was unveiled. Gratitude to all who have experienced the game and become a member of our fanbase and the Remedy fraternity, irrespective of when you joined us or how long you’ve been a fan," the Remedy stated in its blog post.
Coinciding with The Lake House expansion imminently, Alan Wake 2's Anniversary Update will be entirely free! The game adds more accessibility settings such as unending ammo and instantaneous kills. In addition, the option to reverse the game's horizontal axis settings, as well as updates to DualSense functionality on the PS5 are also getting deployed that will facilitate haptic feedback with healing items and throwables.
