Clash of Clans, an iconic mobile gaming phenomenon, is about to undergo a significant transformation that will excite and perhaps surprise its loyal fanbase. Supercell has been diligently modernizing the game over the years, and now they're set to introduce a groundbreaking change by completely eliminating troop training times. This means you'll be able to deploy your army almost instantly, diving into battles quicker than ever before.
Following the removal of training costs in 2022, the eradication of training times marks another bold step towards enhancing gameplay. However, this change also brings an important update regarding Training Potions and Training Treats. As of today, these items will no longer be available through in-app purchases or chest rewards. You can still find them in the Trader and Gold Pass temporarily, but it's crucial to use them before the end of the month, as they'll be converted to Gems thereafter.
To further enhance your gaming experience with this new update, Supercell is introducing a feature called "Match Anytime." This allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base if no real-time opponents are available. You'll still earn rewards, but players whose bases are used won't lose anything if defeated. This mechanic, already familiar in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now be a standard feature.
Keep an eye out for additional changes, such as Army Donations now requiring Elixirs or Dark Elixirs. For a comprehensive overview of all the updates, be sure to visit the Supercell blog.
