Start by creating a new life, selecting Ireland as your birthplace. The remaining options are your choice. Focus on building wealth early; this challenge relies heavily on luck, so a solid financial foundation will help. Begin asking your parents for money as soon as possible, as they may refuse your requests later.

Receive $777+ from Your Parents

Inheritances don't count here. Before your parents pass, navigate to the Relationship tab, select a parent, and choose "Ask for Money." You'll receive a variable amount, possibly nothing. Repeatedly ask each year until you reach the $777 threshold.

Win $7,777,777+ at the Casino

Hook up with 7+ People Without Getting an STI

In Activities > Love > Hook up, select a partner. Always use a condom to avoid STIs. Repeat until the task is complete. Note that children conceived during this may count towards the next task.

Have 7+ Children

You can start this during the hook-up phase or later with a spouse. With a spouse, use Relationships > Spouse > Make Love. Without a spouse, continue hooking up (without condoms) to increase chances. Artificial Insemination is also an option for female characters.
