Torchlight: Infinite’s eighth season, Sandlord, has arrived, and it's the game's most ambitious season to date, now officially live. This season introduces a wealth of new content that reshapes the traditional gameplay, challenging you to construct a floating empire in the sky.

What’s in Store in Torchlight: Infinite’s Eighth Season Sandlord?

The centerpiece of the season is the Cloud Oasis, a city under your control. You'll be gathering resources from the Netherrealm and converting them into tangible benefits by managing workers across five distinct professions. This strategic element unlocks new trade routes, bonuses, and seasonal rewards, blending the thrill of ARPG combat with the depth of a strategy simulation.

The character Thea has undergone a dramatic transformation, evolving from a divine channeler into the Blasphemer. No longer does she bestow blessings; instead, she spreads desecration, amplifying Erosion Damage that intensifies over time.

The Deep Space region has also received a significant overhaul, now boasting five new stages teeming with monsters and survival challenges. Additionally, a new item called Probes has been introduced. Functioning similarly to Compasses but occupying their own slot, Probes enhance both your rewards and the difficulty level of your adventures.

New Stages Are Here

The endgame experience is further enriched with the addition of several new Legendary Stages. These stages are rare but highly rewarding, offering loot configurations that can significantly alter your strategy.

Some zones are breaking the mold, such as the Abyssal Vault, which is devoid of enemies but packed with Mystery Chests ready for exploration. Conversely, the Sea of Rites introduces a non-hostile goblin swarm. Eliminating these goblins may summon a secret boss, adding an element of surprise to your journey.

The Supreme Showdown stage introduces the Golden Gaze mechanic, available to both you and the bosses. A well-timed hit can transform enemies directly into treasure, adding a layer of strategy to your encounters.
