Early-game combat in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be challenging, leaving you initially unarmed. This guide shows you how to acquire the Dogwood Village Bow early and without spending a single groat.

After parting ways with Hans, your path to the wedding involves either assisting a blacksmith or miller. Regardless of your chosen profession, the blacksmith's location on your map conveniently leads you to the bow. While the blacksmith job offers a route into Semine's wedding, it's the bow's location that's our focus here. The hermit's sword acquisition comes later in that questline.

The blacksmith's workshop is situated in Tachov, north of Troskowitz (where the prologue concludes). West of Troskowitz, follow the road north. At the fork where a smaller road branches west, veer right towards a cluster of trees. This seemingly unremarkable area houses a small training ground.

Within the trees, you'll find a target riddled with arrows (free ammo!). To the right of the target, leaning against a tree trunk, rests the Dogwood Village Bow. There are also brewing ingredients and mushrooms nearby. Once you've gathered your supplies, continue your quest.
