Recent speculation suggests Gotham Knights could be heading to the Nintendo Switch 2. This intriguing possibility stems from a game developer's resume, as highlighted by YouTuber Doctre81 on January 5, 2025.

The resume, belonging to a former QLOC employee (2018-2023), lists several titles including Mortal Kombat 11 and Tales of Vesperia. Crucially, it also mentions Gotham Knights, specifying development for two unreleased platforms.

While one platform could potentially be the original Nintendo Switch (due to a since-removed ESRB rating), performance issues on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S might hinder this. The listing of a second unreleased platform strongly points towards the upcoming Switch 2.

It's important to note that this is purely speculative. Neither Warner Bros. Games nor Nintendo have made any official announcements. However, with the Nintendo Switch 2 being the only major unreleased console currently anticipated, the possibility remains compelling.
