Hideo Kojima shares some good news about Death Stranding 2 development

Several highly anticipated game projects are currently underway, with varying levels of public information available. While some, such as GTA 6, remain shrouded in secrecy, others offer glimpses into their development.

Hideo Kojima recently shared on social media that the Japanese voice actors for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach have finished recording their lines. Although the Japanese dubbing process is still in progress, it appears to be nearing completion. The actors recently completed work on a crucial scene involving six main characters, culminating in a celebratory gathering and group photos. Kojima expressed bittersweet feelings about concluding this phase of the project, but anticipates future collaborations.

Further details regarding Death Stranding 2 are promised during SXSW 2025 on March 10th. Whether or not a release date will be announced at that time remains to be seen.
