Konami confirms a 2025 release for the Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura, in a recent 4Gamer interview, stated that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality remake that meets fan expectations. Okamura emphasized the game is playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time dedicated to polishing details and enhancing overall quality.

While initial speculation suggested a 2024 release, the game is now officially slated for next year, according to Konami representatives. The remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The remake aims to faithfully capture the essence of the original while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical enhancements, Okamura promised new features designed to elevate the overall gameplay experience.
