Mecha BREAK to Unlock All Starting Mechs After Player Feedback

Mecha BREAK, the exciting multiplayer mech game, recently wrapped up its open beta test on Steam, which concluded on March 16. The game attracted over 300,000 players during this period and has now become the 5th most wishlisted game on Steam. This surge in popularity provided the developers at Chinese studio Amazing Seasun with a wealth of valuable player feedback.

In response to the community's input, Amazing Seasun is contemplating significant changes, including the possibility of making all Break Strikers (Mechs) available to players from the start. This move comes as a direct response to feedback regarding the current system, where players begin with access to only one Break Striker. To unlock the remaining 11, players must grind through numerous multiplayer matches to earn the necessary in-game currency. This process can be time-consuming, potentially delaying the full enjoyment of the game's diverse mech roster.

While the developers are considering adjustments to the availability of mechs and the use of mech modules in 3v3 and 6v6 competitive modes, they have not yet made any firm commitments. Amazing Seasun believes that a live service model is the optimal approach for the game's launch and future development.
