Niantic has exciting news for Pokémon GO enthusiasts: Shroodle and its evolution Grafaiai will make their debut in the game during the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, kicking off on January 15. This event promises a host of thrilling activities and bonuses for players to enjoy.

Shroodle, a Poison/Normal-type Pokémon from the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games, is known for its large head and eyes that dominate its appearance. At level 28, Shroodle evolves into Grafaiai, a lemur-like primate with distinctive large eyes and uniquely sized fingers. Both Pokémon have also made brief appearances in Pokémon Horizons episodes.

During the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, which runs from January 15 at 12 am to January 19 at 8 pm local time, Shroodle will be available in 12 km eggs. Players can evolve Shroodle into Grafaiai using 50 Shroodle Candy. Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons, offering players the chance to help Shadow Pokémon forget the Charged Attack Frustration using a Charged TM. Additionally, taking a snapshot during the event may lead to an encounter with a fashion week-themed Croagunk.
