Pokémon GO's March 2025 Community Day Lineup and Beloved Buddies Event Details

March's Pokémon GO Community Day kicks off with Fuecoco, the Fire Croc Pokémon, on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (local time). This event features increased Fuecoco spawns and boosted Shiny rates. Evolving Fuecoco to Skeledirge during the event week (or anytime after) will allow it to learn the Charged Attack Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song.

A Special Research Timed event offers a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further boosts Shiny odds. This Timed Research is available until March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 pm (local time). A paid Community Day Special Research ($2.00) provides three Fuecoco encounters (with Seasonal Special Backgrounds), Rare Candies, and a Battle Pass. This ticket is giftable to Great Friends or higher.

Community Day Classic events revisit previously featured Pokémon.

The Beloved Buddies event, featuring Dhelmise, includes a Timed Research with two branching paths: one focusing on Buddy Pokémon and Candela (Team Valor), the other on catching Pokémon and battling Arlo (Team GO Rocket). Both paths offer Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters.

Candela's path rewards include Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash. Arlo's path offers similar item rewards, a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
