Genshin Impact Version 5.4: Enhanced Quality of Life
Genshin Impact, despite its years of existence, continues to evolve. Version 5.4 brings a welcome wave of quality-of-life improvements designed to streamline gameplay and enhance the overall player experience. This article details the key updates.
Version 5.4 introduces four significant enhancements focused on character progression.
The Character Training Guide receives a major overhaul. It now not only calculates necessary upgrade resources but also pinpoints their in-game locations on the world map. Simply click a required material, and its location is instantly marked. Furthermore, the guide sets automatic reminders for when these materials become farmable, eliminating the guesswork. Users can customize the guide to show resources needed only up to a specific character level (e.g., level 70 instead of 90).
A small but impactful change: selecting the "Craftable Amount" for a character development item now instantly teleports you to the nearest crafting table.
Character list navigation and filtering are significantly improved. Upgrading character talents now allows filtering by element, displaying only the relevant characters without leaving the talent upgrade screen. PC players benefit from an additional, centrally located elemental filter accessible while scrolling through the character list.
Weapon filtering gains the ability to include secondary attributes. The game also provides weapon attribute recommendations for each character, a boon for players new to the game's complex stats. An auto-add feature simplifies weapon enhancement and refinement, although higher-rarity weapons might require prior unlocking.
For Serenitea Pot enthusiasts, version 5.4 introduces a new menu allowing direct interaction with Tubby from a distance. Managing realms and constructing furniture is now simplified, eliminating the need to physically locate Tubby.
These quality-of-life enhancements in Genshin Impact 5.4 promise a smoother, more enjoyable gameplay experience for all players. Genshin Impact is currently available for play.
