When Does It Start?

Mark your calendars—the Roland-Garros eSeries kicks off in March with open qualifiers. These qualifiers, taking place from March 6-11, March 20-25, and April 3-8, are your first chance to secure a spot in the finals. The top female players from the first two qualifiers will join the overall winners in the finals. The excitement peaks on May 24th when finalists compete at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum Auditorium in front of a live audience, with the entire event being streamed live on Twitch.

The Roland-Garros eSeries 2025 brings a fresh twist with its team-based format. Instead of individual battles, finalists will be organized into teams, each led by a prominent figure in French tennis. The first confirmed captain is Gilles Simon, a former ATP world No. 6 and Davis Cup champion. Simon, who has been involved as a commentator since 2023 and played in the 2024 Top 8, will coach one of the teams. The identity of the second captain, a Grand Slam winner, remains a tantalizing mystery.
