Old School RuneScape's Royal Titans update introduces a thrilling new challenge: battling two powerful bosses simultaneously! This major update, celebrating OSR's 12th anniversary, pits players against Brandr, the Fire queen, and Eldric, the King of Frost, in a fiery, icy showdown within the Asgarnian Ice Cave.

This epic three-way conflict requires strategic gear choices to exploit elemental weaknesses and overcome the giants' combined might. Players can tackle the challenge solo or in duos. Victory yields coveted rewards, including the Twinflame Staff and the Giantsoul Amulet – a teleporting amulet granting instant access to all three giant bosses.

Defeating the Royal Titans also grants Prayer Scrolls, Desiccated Pages, and a unique Fire & Ice giant pet. Furthermore, a new Slayer Alternative Task allows players to earn Slayer XP while engaging fire or ice giant Slayer tasks, boosting their Slayer level.
