First, pinpoint the location of the NPC on the map. I've included a screenshot for your reference—keep an eye out for the exclamation mark.

Teleport to the nearest station and rent a bike to quickly reach the NPC. It's an efficient way to navigate the game world.

Your target is a character named Mysti. Engage in conversation with her, and she will provide the details necessary to complete the quest.

For the Lucky Clothing quest, you'll need an outfit classified as 'Simple.' A fishing costume is an ideal choice if you already have one in your inventory, as it fits the bill perfectly.

However, I found that my green dress worked just as well for the quest.

In essence, any outfit labeled as 'Simple' will suffice. If you don't have a suitable outfit yet, the fishing costume remains your best option.
