Spider-Woman Joins Marvel Contest of Champions Amid Lumatrix Threat

Following the thrilling Dark Phoenix saga, Kabam has unleashed an exhilarating new update for Marvel Contest of Champions. This update introduces two dynamic characters: Spider-Woman, who swings into the fray with her spider-enhanced abilities and espionage skills on April 17th, and Lumatrix, the first Eidol Champion of 2025, debuting on April 9th. Lumatrix, a creation of The Founders, combines dazzling style with deadly light manipulation powers, making them a formidable addition to your roster. To recruit Lumatrix, you'll need to gather Light Essence from Battlegrounds, Saga Incursions, and Raids, with the event running until June 4th.

Dive into the new chapter of Act 9.2 and embark on fresh quests and special events to earn valuable rewards. The Spy Games quest, running from March 9th to May 7th, features Black Widow teaming up with Spider-Woman to unravel the mysteries surrounding the Eidols and Lumatrix's sinister light show. This narrative promises danger and deception at every turn, making it a must-play for fans of espionage and action.

Deadpool adds his unique flair to the update with Red & Dead’s Discount Shed, available from April 25th to May 2nd. Convinced by Red Guardian, Deadpool offers a stash of special rewards, including event currency, crystals, and bonuses. Following closely, the Heart of Fire Sale from May 7th to 14th provides an opportunity to acquire valuable Champions and rewards through Heart of Fire crystals.

Later this month, the Thunderbolts Daily Super Event, inspired by the Thunderbolts, will shake up the seven-day supply drop from April 18th through May 2nd. By achieving milestones, you can earn Poolshields, which can be exchanged for rewards during Red & Dead’s Discount Shed. Additionally, daily supply drops will be available from April 25th to May 23rd, ensuring more free rewards for regular logins.
