• Skull Cavern (Serpents, Mummies, Golems): A 0.1% chance to drop from Serpents and Mummies, or from Wilderness and Iridium Golems (Combat Level 10+).
• Omni Geodes/Mystery Boxes: There's a 0.4% chance of finding one inside.
• Golden Mystery Boxes: Offers a higher 0.79% chance.
