While a release date remains unannounced, considering the development timelines of Witcher 3 (3.5-4 years) and Cyberpunk 2077, a 3-4 year wait for Witcher 4 seems plausible, given the early stage of production.

Platform specifics are yet to be confirmed, but given the anticipated release timeframe, a current-generation console exclusive is likely. However, CD Projekt Red has not specified any platform, suggesting simultaneous launches on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
