May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, promising a diverse array of titles for both Extra and Premium subscribers. The announcement was made through a detailed PlayStation.Blog post, showcasing a total of nine new titles set to enhance the gaming experience starting May 20.

For PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers, the highlight is "Sand Land," an action RPG that brings Akira Toriyama's manga to life on the PS4 and PS5. Joining it are other notable additions such as "Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition" and the comprehensive "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy." The latter's Enhanced Edition, announced for multiple platforms including PS5, is slated for the same release date. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on console will receive this upgrade at no extra cost, though it remains uncertain whether this applies to PlayStation Plus players.

PlayStation Plus Premium members have an exclusive addition with "Battle Engine Aquila," a sci-fi action game available on both PS4 and PS5. This title offers players the chance to pilot a versatile war vehicle, engaging enemies across different terrains.
