Since its February launch, The Art of Fauna has emerged as a standout mobile puzzler, blending elegance with thoughtful design. Now, it’s unveiling Friends of Fauna, a free in-app program to deepen community engagement.
The concept is simple: each month, players can submit a photo of any animal—wild, working, or a cherished pet. One entry will be chosen to inspire the month’s puzzle. Kicking things off, a Spectacled Bear photo from Denis B. stars in the first edition.
This update also brings fresh app icons, each linked to community members. Valentin’s icon features a Snow Leopard, Vidit and Benedict share a Lion, Shiven is represented by an Orca, and Thomas by a Northern Gannet.
For those new to The Art of Fauna, this tranquil puzzler combines vintage wildlife illustrations with versatile gameplay. Solve puzzles visually or through descriptive text, gaining insights into each animal as you play.

Every puzzle image is sourced from 18th- and 19th-century naturalist works by figures like John James Audubon and John Gould, celebrating the artistry and history of wildlife. Plus, part of every purchase supports global wildlife conservation.
