The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and represents a significant departure from traditional gameplay. This comprehensive guide will walk you through every step.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a toxic-gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. After an elevator malfunction and a resulting hallucination, you'll find yourself needing to escape. Locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucinations caused by the toxic gas). Eliminate them using your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

The yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and importantly, the grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the grappling point to the left of the security desk to reach the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone. Find and place four documents in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you; keeping them at a distance by sprinting is key. Document locations: desk in the corner, left side near a round table, small table in the center, and cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Locating the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears. This creature can disappear; shoot moving objects to force it to reappear.

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets and stairs. Interact with the console in the water-filled room. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area. Swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight number. Drain the water within 25 seconds by activating three switches (one in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessed via the grappling hook). Defeat the Mangler and its horde to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone and engage the final battle against the Disciple and numerous zombies. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
