The indie drug simulation game Schedule I faces copyright infringement claims from Movie Games S.A., developers of The Drug Dealer Simulator series. According to a April 3 report from the Polish Press Agency, the company alleges Schedule I copied plot elements, gameplay mechanics, and interface design from their titles.

While no official legal action has been taken yet, gaming communities have responded strongly. Fans appear largely supportive of Schedule I, with The Drug Dealer Simulator games receiving waves of negative Steam reviews—now rated "Overwhelmingly Negative" and "Mostly Negative" respectively.
