In Warpforge, you can choose from three new warlords to lead your forces. Lord Kaphrael, who excels at eliminating enemy champions and leads the Callous Blades, embodies the faction's ruthless nature. Xarahan represents the Emperor's Children's arrogance and egotism, while the immortal Lucius the Eternal, renowned for his spectacular swordsmanship honed over millennia, adds a flair of deadly elegance.

Units with the Ecstasy trait gain an effect when their health drops to a certain threshold. Cards with Cruelty benefit if they damage, but do not destroy, an enemy unit. Stimulation triggers an ability when a unit is targeted by stratagems, and Combat Elixirs allow certain cards to generate additional stratagems, enhancing their abilities.
