The Esports World Cup 2025 is poised to be a pivotal moment for mobile esports, featuring heavy hitters like PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. The excitement peaks with the addition of Honor of Kings, which is making a grand return to the EWC under a new three-year partnership. This summer in Riyadh, fans can expect top-tier talent battling it out for massive prize pools.

Honor of Kings is bringing a whopping $3 million prize pool to the table, with an expanded format that promises more intense competition. Starting July 15th and running through the 26th, the tournament will feature 18 teams from around the world, including dominant forces from the King Pro League and Asian Champions League. The Group Stage will see 16 teams divided into four double-elimination brackets, with only the top team from each group advancing directly to the Playoffs. The second-place teams will have a shot at redemption in the Last Chance bracket for the last two Playoff spots.
