Nintendo and Piggyback, a guidebook publisher, are collaborating on a Metroid Prime art book, releasing Summer 2025. Retro Studios, the Metroid Prime series developers, are also part of this partnership, offering extensive details on the game series’ 20 years of development.
The Metroid Prime 1-3: A Visual Retrospective art book features “drawings, sketches, and assorted illustrations from the Metroid Prime Series,” according to Piggyback’s website. It's not just visually appealing, but also provides context and perspective on the development of Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and Metroid Prime Remastered.
