Metaphor: ReFantazio Party Member Recruitment Guide: A Detailed Timeline

Beyond the protagonist, seven companions will join your adventure in Metaphor: ReFantazio, each contributing unique combat skills. While Gallica is present from the start, her combat participation is limited initially.

Each party member awakens to a unique Archetype, usable by other party members after awakening. Early recruits may be initially AI-controlled before gaining full player control upon Archetype activation.

Party Member Recruitment Dates:

• Strohl (Warrior): Joins on June 5th (Border Fort events), awakens and becomes fully controllable on June 6th (Nord Mines).

• Grius: Joins after the Border Fort events, but becomes a controllable party member on June 6th after Strohl's awakening. Note: Grius does not undergo an Archetype awakening.

• Hulkenberg (Knight): Interacts with the party from June 10th, fully joins and awakens on June 11th (during a boss fight).

• Heismay (Thief): Awakens and joins on July 4th (Martira dungeon).

• Junah (Masked Dancer): Awakens and joins on August 13th.

• Eupha (Summoner): Joins the party on the day the Dragon Temple Dungeon is completed during free time in Viraga Island (August 19th - September 4th). Her Bond quest begins after this period.

• Basilio (Berserker): Awakens and joins on September 11th (Saint's Day events), becoming fully controllable the following day.
