Yes, like I said, this isn't exactly revolutionary and has probably been done before. But Rubber Duck: Idle Squad Game, to me, looks to be a genuinely good addition to the genre with plenty to offer. I think the mixing of auto-battler and bullet-hell game is a fun one, and it means that there's plenty of on-screen action that you don't usually get beyond tapping to activate ultimates in the former genre. Whether or not it'll be able to distinguish itself outside of that, though, will be up to how Rubber Duck performs when it gets into your hands.
