Tides of Annihilation Unveiled at Sony's State of Play 2025

Announced during Sony’s State of Play 2025 with a captivating debut trailer, *Tides of Annihilation* is a groundbreaking single-player, narrative-driven action-adventure game developed by Eclipse Glow Games. This title promises to blend "intense, breakneck combat, an immersive narrative, and an unforgettable setting," setting the stage for a thrilling gaming experience.

Set in a modern-day London ravaged by mystical otherworldly forces, *Tides of Annihilation* casts you as Gwendolyn. You'll explore London's iconic landmarks, summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table in combat and confronting enemies inspired by Arthurian mythos. The game also features epic battles against gigantic bosses that loom as large as skyscrapers, adding a spectacular dimension to the gameplay.

Eclipse Glow Games, a new studio based in Chengdu, China, is backed by investment from the Chinese megacorp Tencent. Comprising over 100 developers with prior experience on franchises like Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin’s Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, the team is poised to deliver a remarkable gaming experience.
