Phasmophobia's Do As I Command Challenge: A Guide to Completion
Challenge Mode in Phasmophobia offers weekly, unique contracts with specific conditions and equipment. This guide focuses on the "Do As I Command" challenge.
Understanding Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode presents a rotating weekly contract requiring three successful completions before the Sunday reset. Each completion necessitates correct ghost identification. Optional objectives offer bonus points, beneficial for character prestige. Successful challenge completion awards $5,000 plus accumulated points.
Tackling the "Do As I Command" Challenge
The "Do As I Command" challenge is considered relatively easier due to minimal alterations to ghost behavior and equipment. The challenge description indicates a less active ghost, requiring players to actively elicit evidence. The contract is exclusively set in Sunny Meadows (the "Restricted" version is excluded).
Players receive a Tier 3 equipment loadout, and the fuse box is functional. A significant advantage is the availability of all seven Cursed Possessions, conveniently located in the chapel.
Utilizing Cursed Possessions
Items like the Haunted Mirror or Ouija Board expedite ghost location identification, while the Voodoo Doll or Monkey Paw can trigger ghost activity, aiding evidence gathering. However, exercise caution; using these items risks sanity loss and cursed hunts.
By strategically employing these possessions and leveraging the provided equipment, players can efficiently gather evidence and complete the "Do As I Command" challenge. Remember, three successful completions with correct ghost identification are crucial for the reward.
Phasmophobia is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
