Where To Find Something Infested With Fleas in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, focusing on obtaining the flea-infested item. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty at the southeast Kuttenberg bathhouse.

Initiating the Quest Line:

To begin, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work. This leads you to Betty, who tasks you with finding Matsek and bringing three girls to work at her bathhouse. After successfully recruiting the girls, you'll need to promote the bathhouse by shouting its virtues in various locations (grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street) during the daytime. Finally, clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection to avoid closure.

Finding the Flea-Infested Item:

Once the inspection is complete, speak to Betty again about remaining issues. This unlocks the "Ill Repute" quest, requiring you to drive away Councillor Naaz from a rival bathhouse. While multiple approaches exist (sabotaging wine with chamomile brew, stealing fragrant oils), this guide focuses on the flea-infested item.

To find a flea-infested item, head to Kuttenberg's east gate. There, you'll find a beggar camp. Search the sacks within the camp; a flea-infested blanket is your target.

Completing the Quest:

With the flea-infested blanket, return to the rival bathhouse. Discreetly place the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and ideally, a clean laundry basket as well). This should successfully deter the councillor. Note that completing this task, or either of the other two, is sufficient to finish the quest.
